Ford refuses to provide courtesy car

Took my Everest in because the engine gave a harsh idle which was not normal. Vehicle now in going for the 4th day and no one knows why or what is causing it. Ford silverlakes refuses to give me a courtesy car even though the everest is under warranty and the vehicle only 35k on the clock. They dont come back to me i have to call them two times a day to try and get some sort of feedback from them. Now i am being forced to take leave as i cant do my job without a vehicle.
