Ford really goes further

After a verby bad experience at a previous Ford, I took my Ford to Ford Alberton for the fan to be replaced. I want to thank them for their excellent service. As soon as I came there everyone was very friendly and helpful. Ford also kept me updated on the progress of my car.<br> <br> I received my car and it was nicely cleaned. There was a scratch on the bonnet which happened at the dealership, but the service manager also went the extra mile to help me sort that out.<br> <br> I want to thank the Ford Alberton for their service and making me proud again to be part of the Ford family.<br> <br> Coen Jacobs
