Ford Raptor

I've bought a new Ford Raptor in 2019 brand new at Koroo Ford Graff- Reinette they fitted a roll bar and rack on my vehicle on my first service the Ford branch in Bethlehem advised me that the load bin is cracking on the sides. The Karoo branch never fitted the roll bar and rack properly and advised me to bring the vehicle back to them so they could fit a new load bin.... on my way back 500km from them it started to Crack again realizing that they only welded, panelbeated and painted my load bin. Trying since then to get my vehicle sorted. I've been turned down so many times I'm only saying it's a brand new vehicle they fitted everything and for a expensive vehicle it looks like a cheap peace of **** with all the cracks.
