FORD RANGER WILDTRAC XLT 2024 AIRBAGS DON'T DEPLOY

My father who resides in Namibia was involved in a serious motor vehicle accident, in which his vehicle rolled. He was at the time of the accident driving a brand new Ford ranger wildtrack XLT. He rolled the vehicle after another vehicle collided with his vehicle. During the accident he was wearing his safety belt. Luckily because not one single airbag deployed. We sent an email to Ford customer care who said they would send out engineers to investigate. This was not done, instead he was told that he did not hit the sensors necessary for the airbags to deploy. Even though Ford has a roll over sensor, the vehicle sustained about 90 percent damage including but not limited to the roof being caved in and yet Ford refuse to give us an explanation as to why this would happen, why the airbags did not deploy on a 2024 brand new Ford Ranger Wildtrack XLT with 4500 kilometers on the speedometer, as well as it only just having it's first service. There is clearly a fault with this vehicle and Ford is hiding it. Or actually just don't care that people spend over a million rand to buy the vehicle that airbags do not deploy when involved in a serious accident. Photo evidence was sent to Ford customer care and they had proof of the mass amount of damage on the vehicle. Including proof that my father was wearing a safety belt at the time of the accident. Yet they say that it's because he didn't hit the correct sensor for the airbags to deploy. My father sustained a head wound and bruises during the accident and Ford customer care don't actually want to find out why not one single airbag deployed after a vehicle manufactured by Ford and advertised as safe was involved in a accident where the vehicle rolled. Does someone need to die before Ford motor company actually do see what happened and if it could possibly a factory fault?
