Ford Ranger Repeat Engine Failures!!!

I have owned a Ford Ranger XLT 3.2 TDCI since 2015. The number of fuel injector and engine mechanical failures I have suffered is unbelievable. 4 fuel injector failures and two engine replacements in two and half years. This is insane.
