Ford Ranger - Rear wheel spindle

I am writing to express my utmost dissatisfaction with the support I have received from Ford. My vehicle was involved in an accident some two months ago. I have been informed by the local Motus Ford in George and Ford SA that the necessary parts are on backorder from Taiwan with no clear timeline (ETA) for when the repairs will be completed. This prolonged period without my vehicle is causing significant inconvenience, as we are on holiday approximately 1000km from home and have no means of transport.
