Ford Ranger Gearbox Problems

I am driving a 2016 Ford Ranger Wildtrak 3.2 and now i have experienced problems with the gearbox, when I made contact with Ford Head Office Customer Service Centre, they just told me that it is a problem that they can not be held responsible for although there are nomerous reports from other Ranger 3.2 owners regarding the six speed Automatic gearboxes. They refuse to acknowledge that there could be a problem with these gearboxes and told me to get the vehicle to a Ford Dealership and then pay for a Diagnostic test. They also said that my vehicle is too old for them to assist me with the financial or repair costs involved. I have been driving Ford vehicles since i was 18 years old and had at least 7 differint Fords over the years but I am unfortunately not being treated very nice by their Customer Service department and I am also therefor advising any prospective Ford buyers to be very weary and careful when considering buying any product from them as you might experience the same treatment as I did. My advise is, STAY AWAY from Ford Vehicles.
