Ford Ranger DC 4x4 2.0 Single Turbo XLT

I purchased a brand new Ranger 2.0 XLT DC 4x4 Single Turbo. It is 2 months old and has 1****m on the clock. Performance is very poor, only 83% of maximum power (kw) and at 1750 rpm only 48% of torque. Ford have been busy for the past 2 months to find and rectify but with no success to date. Quality and and service seems a serious problem if a vehicle can be released from the factory like this and 2 months later still unresolved. VIN AFAPXXMJ2PKJ55787.
