Ford Ranger 3.2. Ford SA another problem..

Ford--- All about Ford. I had my Ford Ranger serviced 27 March 2017 at a Ford dealership in Edenvale, as per the service plan. 2015 March purchase date, my Ford Ranger 3.2L Super Cab's motor ceased on Tue 4 April 2017 -- had it towed in to a Ford dealership. went there yesterday, to be told the following.
"We at Ford know we have a problem, we will replace your motor in 2 to 3 weeks for you.." So now i have to wait and do not get a loan motor car in the interim. as this is my only means of transport and work from my car.
Like Really..
try this one then.
There is 6 Ford motor cars waiting for new motors at present, excluding my motor car. just at this dealership..

# 2 Ford Ranger 3.2L
# 1 Ford ST
# 3 Ford Kuga's
Says a lot for consumer awareness.
I bought this vehicle as i was confident in the brand and what now.. Where does this leave me now, very disillusioned with the brand.

Ok so here we go, nearly three weeks later, 22April 2017 still no car, no closer to a answer on warranty approving my car. Workshop manager keeps saying call customer care, 5 - 30 min calls later and been transferred to transferred from pillar to post and pillar to post. At my cost, my airtime, my money, my time. I am still no closer to any result or time line. Never mind the fact that not once has Ford SA or even my branch called me. The only way I get any feed back is getting a lift with mates to the dealership. So much for having my work car or even a loan car from Ford. Got to love the way Ford is handling this.

#Ford
