Ford Ranger

Hi,

I have a Ford Ranger, when the vehicle is cold and I press the clutch the vehicle cuts out completely. This problem has happened to me while I was crossing an intersection, luckily there was no traffic or I would have been in an accident. When this happens I need to restart the vehicle before I can drive again. This is a rather large and life threatening problem. The vehicle has been in more that 7 times this year, and the problem has not yet been resolved. I have logged a case with Ford SA . I also have video evidence of the problem happening while I'm driving, I have also shared the video with the case manager. In the mean time Ford's technician and myself have tested the vehicle and we logged data while the problem occurs. What bothers me the most of this situation is that the case manager said that because they could not replicate the fault the case is considered closed and solved.
