Ford Ranger

I purchased a Ford Ranger 2.2 Extended Cab County Ford Port Shepstone in October 2017. On the 14 november 2017 it lost power and started smoking excessively. I tried to call the dealership but did not get any assistance. I towed the car to the dealership. After a week I was told that I filled the car with petrol instead of diesel but that was not the case as I went to the filling station and got cctv footage and they also tested the fuel and found no traces of petrol. It took them 3 weeks to figure out that the car blew the motor. The car sales Manager passed the buck to the service department. I only got the car back in March 2018 which was supposed to be fitted with a new engine according to the books. The car was there for 4 (four) Months. After 3000 km on the new engine the car started smoking again , I sent it back to the dealership and I was told it was the inter-cooler and they replaced it after 2 weeks.Keep in mind the car was with dealership for the 2 weeks. I was called to pick up the car but upon starting the car the smoke was still there and I had to leave it there again as the problem was not resolved. After a week of phoning and complaining, I was told that I have" chipped" the car and that is the reason for this problem. I denied the allegations but that was the response and I was told to fetch the car as is. I refused and insisted on the truth. They called specialists to check on the car to see if it was chipped but the results were negative. After all this humiliation I still had to wait another three months without this car. I was told to come in to collect the car at the end of October only to find that it was still smoking excessively. I took the car but showed interest in 1 of the other cars at the dealership and asked for a trade in as they could not fix this 1 and have lost faith in this car. This was not taken seriously by the used sales manager and keeps blaming the workshop and says he will not take this car back. I have tried to engage with the dealer principal but I am not getting any assistance. no 1 seems to accountable at the Dealership. Every one just passes the buck on someone else. I feel helpless. There is no transparency in the dealership. I was promised that the CEO would call me but non of that happened. I am still driving that car the way it is and I am afraid it will cause more damage. The service there is of low standard for a place of that level. I am very frustrated.
