Ford Ranger 2015 3.2 TDCI Wildtrack 3200Km

I bought the Ranger from new and noticed a clank when going from R to D on the gearbox. At first was told by head mechanic that he couldn't hear it even after the lady who received my at Ford said she heard it.<br> After many communications that were conflicting some saying that a new gearbox was been fitted others just an oil change the Head Mechanic phones as says he has taken a gearbox from another \new"ranger and that all is well. I couldn't confirm this as I said I would like a new box from Ford so that I can track the box. After getting Ford SA involved as it seems they were stalling delivery of the gearbox I get a representative from FORD SA who promises the world and delivers nothing. My previous Ford Focus I bought new and was incredibly happy with but with this experience I doubt that I will be going Ford in the Future in fact after waiting for 2 weeks with the ranger still at the dealer I am at a point where by I think that I will leave the ranger there and ask for my money back or just leave it on the highway with a big sign on it...."""
