Ford Poor service

I had booked my car for a service at CMH Kempster Ford Umgeni. When arriving at their site, the staff did not warn me that I must not leave any personal belongings in the car.

Later when I fetched the car, I found out that my ID book was ******, along with my house keys; gate remote; sneakers; and money. Immediately I alerted one of the senior staff of what has happened.

First, he asked me to personally go ask their cleaning staff if they had misplaced my belongings and they said no. I asked him if he could maybe refer to the footage of the outside surveillance cameras to check for the culprit. He told me that the cameras do not function.

In concluding, he then told me that they, regrettably, won't be able to replace my ****** personal belongings because it is against their policy. Also, he added that if I was still disgruntled, I should go open a case of theft at the police station.

Finally, he told me that he could only refill my car with petrol as a gesture of kindness, for there is nothing more they could do for me.
