Ford Poor Service

The service I received at Ford Cassey's in Benoni is ridiculous and I've never experienced such , I took my car there to be fixed and it took them 2weeks with me calling them for feedback each and every day and they always came with stupid stories the reason might be because I'm black and there is no sense of urgency when it comes to black people there , as being serviced is not prioritised.
