FORD Poor customer service.

I have taken my car to a ford Dealership on numerous occasions for my faulty radio for the sound just suddenly going off and needing me to switch the car off for a while for it to start working again. I tried contacting Ford on twitter then some lady emailed me and after I told her what the issue was she disappeared on me and stopped replying to any of my emails. Ford is just not an option for me anymore because they dont know how to take care of their customers once the car gives you problems and you take it back to them. Ford SA please do better.
