Ford Polokwane *********** - Sucks

We took our Ford F250 to Ford Polokwane and paid R136 000 on the 26 July 2017 for the work that was done on the engine and we collected the car from them only to be stuck again less that 100km away from them. We towed the car back to the dealership and the car has been with them ever since. I tried to involve Ford SA to resolve why the car has been with the dealership for over a year and and now Ford Polokwane does not take my call if they do they put me on hold for more than 10 minutes after which they terminate the call. Please help.......if they cant fix they must bring back the R136 000 that we have paid and we will see where to get someone who can fix.
