Refer to the recent SCA ruling. I recently bought a Ford from Hatfield Ford Bryanston. The On the road charges were never negotiated with me. It was.positioned a mandatory charge. Give the SCA ruling Ford misrepresented the cost as part of the deal price and financed accordingly.
