FORD OFFERS THE WORST SERVICE

Where do i even begin with the shockingly horrific service received from Ford! The do not pay attention to anything and offer to resolve to any issue. In actual fact they give more problems.

My car had a fault with the engine which had to bE replaced and in the 3 weeks it took to fix it they offered no courtesy car even though the fault was all mechanical and not due to any of my doing. In addition to the faulty engine my radio was faulty which I reported, they changed the face of the radio and didn't check if this would fix the problem. The radio issue was not resolved and I informed them of this, I took the car back in and they told me the technician was not available so I then took it in for a service and AGAIN asked them to check. They did and told me it was fixed. As i drove out of the dealership i realised that they had NOT fixed it and the problem was still the same. In addition to this they STOLE my sunglasses from the car and instead of investigating what happened I had to be involved in a screaming match with their cleaning company to which the manager never even bothered to get involved or resolve. This was at the McCARTHY FORD THE GLEN!

I took my car to a different Ford hoping for better and different results thinking the problem would be FINALLY resolved. Only to find out that it wasn't about the dealership but rather FORD and the fact that they just offer THE WORST SERVICE EVER. They didn't fix the radio because I "tampered with or changed the face" something they would have realised was not true if they had checked the history of my car. Further to this my traction control is broken even though the car is under warranty, they refuse to fix. I wish it could end here but turns out that while they were servicing my car they messed up the wiring and I had to drive though the night with a car without lights. Meaning they didn't check the condition of the car before closing the job. THIS WAS AT THE FURY FORD SANDTON

I AM ENTIRELY DISAPPOINTED WITH FORD AND WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER FORD IN MY LIFE. I WILL ALSO ENSURE THAT NO ONE IN MY FAMILY OR CIRCLE OF FRIENDS GET ANY FORD MODEL! I AM SO UPSET THAT I AM NOW EVEN LOOKING TO SELL THE CAR. I haven't even had it a full year and I REALLY DO NOT WANT TO BE APART OF THIS BRAND!!!
