Ford not willing to help if i dont have their warranty, but my own

been having noise coming from the wheels of my Everest since April when the car was taken in for services. since then have been back and forth trips to Ford dealers trying to get the noise sorted, with no success. Escalated the matter to HO. your consultant, Lekhetho, who was following up on the matter, just told me I don't have warrant. It has expired and have exceed the mileage. Not sure what does this have to do with the problem I have as I will pay if the noise needs to be fixed. I also have extended warranty on the vehicle. Does that mean I cant be helped if I don't have Ford warranty?
