Ford not prepared to give technical feedback of admit to design flaws

I tried in vain to get an explanation out of Ford regarding what they are prepared to do about a design flaw affecting the Ford Eco Boost 1.4 motor, commonly found in the Fiesta models. The flaw relates to an oil cooler failure the results in oil contaminating the cooling water and in turn the ventilation circuits. This problem is widely report on internet forums. Final result for me is an engine replacement after less than 60000km and a bill of R80k.
