ford not living up to warranty

same here i have an 2016 ford fiesta eccoboost and last year sept my car gave the check engin light and was booked in at ford vereeniging where they changed the catalythic converter 2 weeks after they worked on my car my aircon pipe burst due to the fan rubbing on the pipe took it back to ford where my car stood for 4 days then i told them i needed my car for comuting to work and back they said i can drive it like that until the part was ordered they got the part and my i took my car in only for them to inform me the wrong part was ordered i then took my car because they said it has to go to an outside company wich specializes in aircons and they have to wright a report why the pipe failed ( wich was obviously ford who had to move the pipe out of the way to change the cathalitic converter) i told them the car is due for service in two weeks then ill leave the car there for n week they agreed. when i took my car for its service i told them now they can fix the aircon pipe wich they told me that the aircon company is closed for the festive season so to make story shorter if been driving my car without aircon for 9 months now after giving them the car three time and still no action has been taken and i cant leave my car and be stranded without transport where the fault was on there side
