FORD not delivering and not caring

Last year November my car went to ford for a new engine as the cylinder head gasket blew due to a leak of water and the car did not report the water as low.

I got the car back 4 weeks ago and had to take it back as the new engine was giving me problems.

Till today i am still without a car, always getting false promises saying the engine will get replaced and then being told that they are just replacing the part. being promised my car will be done a certain day and getting phone calls with excuses.

I went to ford SA last week and i must wait 3 days for them to actually get information before any action is taken.

Ford does not care about customer service neither do they care about their clients. I wouldn't suggest going to for for any car anytime soon as the service delivery is absolutely appalling.

I would actually like my money back so that i can go to another manufacturer who actually cares about customer service.
