Ford - NEVER again!!!

So here goes my second post for today. I was told by Danie Snyman, the Dealer Principal at Mekor Ford Claremont that I need to take this issue up with Ford South Africa and not with the dealership where I actually bought the vehicle. We bought a brand new Ford Ecosport Titanium Powershift in May 2016. Less than a year later, we started to experience extreme shuddering in the car and the car had no power going up hills. We decided to wait until the first service to have it checked out. So with only 12796km on the clock, we first had to have the software updated for the clutch and they tried to tell us that it was the driving style of the main driver causing the issues? Really, this is an automatic car? Anyway, needless to say, the software update did not work and the clutch was replaced. Of course I now started to do research and see that this is a problem worldwide and there is actually a court case ongoing in Australia due to this issue. Fast forward to May 2018 - once again, the clutch needs to be replaced, but first we have to go through the whole farce of doing the software upgrade before the clutch can be replaced. Nevermind all the time that my son needs to sit with no car to get to work. Fortunately, the sales manager at the time - Jacques van der Merwe - was kind enough to arrange a loan car for us. And now here we sit in October 2019 and the car has the same problem - I have been told that they did the software update, but can I believe them after the appalling service I received? Also, I now find out that Ford Australia lost the court case and have to pay out millions of dollars to people affected by the troubles caused by these defective cars. Why in South Africa do we have to continue to struggle and fight? Why is it ok for Ford South Africa to rob us of our hard earned money after we have trusted you and been loyal to you, purchasing brand new vehicles and expecting to own a reliable, safe car. Do the right thing Ford South Africa! Take these dud cars back and reimburse us! Go and look on Hello Peter just how many people have the same complaints about the Ford Ecosport clutch and shuddering. Not to mention the loss of power on an uphill and the overheating.
