Ford Nelspruit vs the little guy!

I bought a used VW Transporter from the Nespruit Ford Dealer in November 2014,the Contract description is T5 2.0BITDI 132 KW 4 Mot LWB P/U D/C - The same description is on my Wesbank contract. The salesman on date of purchase confirmed it was a 4 motion. I assumed that it needed to be activated like other 4x4 with a dash button . eventually after 8 months i decided to approach a VW Franchise to ask them how to activate the 4 motion up until then i had no need for 4x4 use .They informed me it was not a 4 motion. After calling and emailing the Salesman at Ford, i received no response.I brought it under the attention of the sales manager no commitment no response.Then my vehicles license disc came up for renewal in November ,during December i renewed the License but was not given the Disc, because the vehicle had not been roadworthied the entire year that i was driving it. i Approached the Dealer Principle,the Sales Manager and the Salesman with regard to both issues .The dealer principle said that it was impossible that it could happen and they would investigate and let me know.Eventually i gave them 7 days to resolve both issues otherwise i would take further action. They responded to the roadworthy issue and offered to collect my car and have it roadworthied,which i had already done but denied everything relating to the Issue of 4motion vs non 4motion. Let me point out that the Trade value and/or retail value differs by about R40k .Although i have sent all the details to the ombudsman they are still busy with the process.
