Ford Nelspruit

I took my ford figo to nelspruit ford, where the quotation for a major service being rediculously high @ R17000. I left my car with ford from Monday 25.06.2018 they promised me I can have my car back by Friday 29.06.2018. I phoned in on Friday to ask what time I may get my car, as I have to organize a lift to ford, staying 50km from town, where they said the car won't be finished for another 5 working days. I cancelled the service with ford as this was unacceptable, they still **** be pay R1700 for spares that is unreturnable. This was not my only issue with ford, as my stereo went in in a working condition, and came back broken. This is the worst service I had from a company in years.
