FORD NEED TO FIX MY BONNET

The service that I keep on getting at FORD Casseys Auto Benoni is very disanointing. On the 23-09-2017 I took my car for service and it came back with a big ASS dent on the bonnet. When I went to fetch the car on that day I was told that they were unable to open the bonnet, because the plastic lever was broken. Now I don’t understand how they were opening the bonnet, because it looks like a brick fall on it. I want again in the morning (27-09-2017) to take the car and I was told that the manager was not there, but they are the ones who told me to bring the car when I called them on the 26-09-2017. Now I’m ****ED off because they are giving me the run around in fixing this bonnet. I NEED FORD Benoni to fix my bonnet and the must own up to the damage that they caused. I also expect them to provide me with a car for however long this process will take. The main issue that I have is that they are unable to provide me with the “inspection slip”. To prove that the car had no dent on the bonnet when I took it on Saturday. They need to provide me with that, and whatever internal investigations that they are doing should not involve me.

THEY MUST FIX MAY CAR OR GIVE ME ANOTHER ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
