Ford N1 City is the worse Ford Dealer I have ever dealt with!!!

I bought a FIESTA 1.0 ECOBOOST TITANIUM A/T 5DR FORD (2019 model) from Ford N1 City on the 16th of March 2020 for +R280 000 (I was happy with this deal together with the service I received both from the sales lady and finance lady). On the 19th of June 2020, I enquired about a trade-in because I saw a demo bakkie from them (Ford N1 City) I was interested in. You cannot believe what used car sales manager (Jaco Scherman) offered for my car??? A lousy R200 000!!!! and my car has 10400 KM on the clock. This guy didn't even bother checking my car let alone offering me a trade-in value of my car which is + R247 000. I would love to know how he got to the price he offered. Because I bought this car from them ****erally 3 months ago) and I wanted a bakkie from THEM, I thought they would be interested on the offer together with business I was bringing again to THEM!!!

Even We Buy cars offered me a better offer (R215 000) than Ford N1 City. I also went to Ford Tygervalley and they offered me a better offer i.e. almost the trade-in value I was expecting from Ford N1 City!!!

I am so disappointed with Ford N1 City AGAIN because this is not the first time they are letting me down, I gave them a second chance because I thought they might have changed!!

I don't think I will ever do any business with them ever again no refer anyone to them!!
