Ford motor company manufacturer dangerous products thier cars are not to be driven

2020 Ford Figo 2019 model killed my brother when he travelling 118km per hour he hit the drain wall and the engine of the Ford figo moved from engine compartment into front seat killing my brother instantly.When i lodge a complaint to Ford South Africa refused to focus to the matter instead requested letter of authority and insurance details but I told them when I lodge a complaint that the vehicle was hire from a hired car company. Ford products is not safe and all African government must removed all Ford products and those who own this cars must be refunded if Ford refused to recall all their products and be inspected and safety be prioritize.
