Ford Middelburg is disgrace.. you should all be ashamed of yourselves

I have never in my entire life experienced such poor bad horrible service like i did with Ford Middelburg. They made me spent money on buying parts for my wildtrack, my car has spent more time with then than with me. Ford Middelburg is currently my living nightmare. No one ever take responsibility, not even their managers. As if that wasnt enough, today i called their complaints department and spoke to a gent named Chad, sounded very unbothered and promised to speak to Ford Middelburg and will return my call ASAP but nothing from him still. I love the brand but their service is an embarrassment to such a good brand. How ford complaints department fail to honour their client promise as well is beyond me. Ford Middelburg is a disgrace to Ford including their complaints department that seem not to take their clients serious. Now my car had been returned with no resolution… after being requested to buy this and that and having to wait for backlog orders😭😭😭😭

Their workshop manager “Corrie” is either always in meetings or not available to speak until you go there personally. I dont know how many times this issue was escalated still no resolution. They changed staff for months n months each time you deal with a new person.. i am super disgusted with such service. I have used Ford Nelspruit and Ford Witbank and they are amazing… Ford Middelburg deserves to be shut down

The place is filled with people who dont care about the brand, who dont care about their clients. I am drained, tired of making trips to Middelburg Ford .

Please do something Ford!!! We cant continue like this!!!
