Ford Menlyn ***********

Ford Menlyn is the most useless Ford franchise in the country! My first Ford I bought was in Jhb Edenvale, which after I picked it up brand new with all the xtra mags, bells and whistles- I collected it with a full tank of petrol. Recently I bought a 3.2 double cab bakkie from Ford Menlyn, they charged me For all the extras, once I collected the vehicle by them I nearly got stuck without diesel. They sold me the bakkie without a maintenance plan so now when I’m on my first service I need to pay R3500 for brake pads and discs. It’s been a year now and I still haven’t gotten my original mags and tyres that I bought the bakkie with. After a year of complaining about my original tyres, today they put used tyres which they charged me brand new prices for! When I bought my bakkie I was supposed to buy 2 vehicles from them, but the sales man Garth Wagner was so *********** that we eventually left ford Menlyn and bought the second bakkie thru a second hand dealership Gys Pitzer- and they got us our second bakkie from Ford a factory. Today a year later, we are proceeding with ******** cases against Ford Menlyn! Regards Paul Kietzmann
