Ford maintenance plan not honored

I purchased a maintenance plan together with my 2019 Ranger XLT 2.0 AT (bought new from Barlow World Goodwood in October 2019), but when I needed service, Ford did nothing to honor it. The local dealer (NMI Ford Tygervalley) was completely unhelpful as well. Don't waste your money on their maintenance plan! Instead, consider Toyota, a brand that stands behind its customers. Ford's lack of accountability and poor customer service has lost me as a customer.
