Ford living up to its poor name

I am not happy with Ford. My partner bought a Ford Fiesta from Casseys in Benoni. First, a rat chew of a wire and instead of replacing the plug, they said the whole harness had to be changed. Then when we asked for the old harness back we were told a mechanic locked it in his toolbox and to this day we never saw that harness again. Now her clutch has given in and they quoted her R13000 to replace it in a car that has barely done 30,000 km. My Fiesta that is only a month older have done over 60,000 km and I didnt have that issue with the clutch, but they refuse to entertain the idea that it could be anything other than the driver's fault. Their sales service were excellent but their after sales service is pathetic. Next time I will think twice before I buy a Ford again.
