Ford Kuga warranty

I have a Ford Kuga 2017 2.0AWD Titanium Powershift. On the highway the car just died and accordingly to Ford Boksburg they struggle to find the problem, it sounds like there is n knom on the engine?? The car hasnt even got 75 000km on the clock? Shoking!!! According to Ford Boksburg my warranty expired two months back but in Feb 2017 Ford South Africa announced that ALL, yes ALL, Fird Kuga warranties are extended to 6 years/ 200 000 km to gain back the trust of Kuga owners? Nice try.
