Ford Kuga overheating

I bought a Ford Kuga from my father in 2018, car was taken in for it's recalls etc. I noticed at about 97000 kilometers that the car started using water (still under extended warranty) I took the car to Ford at the menlyn branch in April 2019, they supposedly did pressure tests, gas tests etc. They told me they could not find any faults so I was forced to leave and drive the car as it is and I continued topping up the water. In November 2019 the car had a misfire and I took it to Ford again and told them that the car is still using huge amounts of water, they then replaced the spark plugs and again no solution to the car using water. In January 2020 the car overheated and I had the insurance tow it to Ford in Menlyn, they removed the head and eventually told me after 6 weeks that the engine is completely wrecked (to this day I don't have any explanation of why the car overheated). After I visited the branch Riaan and Brenda told me they were going to escalate the matter to FordSA and try to get a goodwill claim. Yesterday FordSA contacted me and said they were going to assist with 30% of the claim and I now have to cough up R60 000. Ford is awarw of these engines overheating and this is the treatment I receive from Ford. Where do they expect people to get R60 000 from for their problems. So in short Ford takes no responsibility. They treat their customers like garbage and they do not communicate with theit customers about anything. This company is trash, the Ford brand is trash and the Kuga which I still owe R160 000 on is also trash. I am now forced to keep paying a car I cannot drive because Ford offers zero assistance and expects me to pay for their problems.
