Ford Kuga

Re: (Ford Kuga 2014)

On (10/02/2017) I purchased a motor vehicle from Ford N1 City Cape Town (Ford Kuga ). Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory; I’ve noticed that the USB port is not in a working condition, the pins of the port were damaged. Upon taking delivery of the vehicle I did not notice that the back brake light was cracked.

The necessary details were requested; however the defects were fixed after a week via the warranty claim.

After the defects were fixed I've notice that the tyres on the vehicle are not the same spec, the two front tyres 225/60/17/ left back 225/55/17 right back 235/55/17

Can a dealership deliver a car like that to a customer, May concern is will the insurance pay for a claim if the vehicle is involved in an accident? Are dealer responsible to change the tyres to the correct spec?

Concerned customer
