Ford is the worst. Their service is terrible and their cars are worse

My Ford Ecosport broke down in the Karoo, 11 days after being serviced by Ford Tygervalley, and after I told them that there is something wrong with the petrol or the clutch. They told me that nothing was wrong. My car broke a few days later. It had to be towed at my own cost to Worcester where I was informed that the clutch has gone. And that I must pay the bill. I phoned Ford SA several times and spoke to Thryphose and George, but no-one seems to care that they have service the car and send me on my way making me feel as if I am imagining things. Then 11 days later I am stranded on a desolate road with my child in the car. No man!
