Ford Is the Worst Service

<p>My Ford Ranger second engine packed up on the 4/01/17 .It was taken to Ford Nelspruit where it stood for 38 days waiting for another engine(Ford S.A.)It only did 20 000km?When I went to collect it, 3 days later a funny sound was coming out the engine.It had to be towed into Ford Midrand and noticed the spare was missing.Now I know where I was in those 3 days and impossible to have been ******.Ford Nelspruit DP straight out no claim.He blames me for reporting after 7 days?(*******),but what gets me about his attitude is ,he does not say a word about the bad workmanship and the car haveing to be towed in after 3days and me with out transport for another 2 days.He does not say a word about his sevice manager that never returns his calls?Ford Customer care is the worst to speak to.</p> <p>My point is there is no proof of where the wheel got ******?surely good custumer care woud be, lets go 50 50 on another?it also does not have to be new its a spare?But honestly Ford has a hugh problem.</p> <p>BYE A FORD AND GET THE WORST CUSTOMER </p>
