Ford is the worst car dealer in the world

There is a serious problem with Ford. I think they de***** people intentionally. I bought an ST in 2014, broke down on the side of the road within 2 months after buying it. It was a second hand car had 21000km when it broke down, I was told it's the clutch and it's not covered. I paid, May 2015 it broke down again I was told it's a clutch again in less than 6 months after replacing it, I was told they won't pay again I must pay. I cried all went to their customer complaint nothing no help. I'm a woman I've never driven that car in any reckless way and my work is 1km away from home. But my so called clutch has broken down twice in less than 30 000km and apparently it was my reckless driving cos clutch is not covered .I know I was ****** . I've had a car before drove it for 4 years and never had any problems now all of a sudden I can't drive I keep burning clutches and they failed to give me the old clutch back . No to mention there is zero customer service all the people that were helping me were so rude. The branch manager for pmb Ford is the rudest person I've ever come across. Ford ****** me and got away with it more than once. I hate Ford .
