Ford is terrible
I just recently bought a 2019 Ford Everest from the fleet vehicles at the PE factory. From the application process at Ford Financial Services until after the car was delivered, I have experienced nothing but the most horrific experience. The application for the finance took more than one month. I had to constantly follow up with emails and calls(I have the proof). Eventually I got approved and the vehicle was delivered to me with an expired license disc and scratches on the body with tyres that would need replacement soon. I had to run around to get the vehicle roadworthy and licensed. I have once again sent emails to Ford management and representatives to no avail. There has not been one phone call from the management of Ford to try to address my unhappiness. I have had to constantly follow up with them. This is over the period of June to August 2020.
I have never owned a Ford in my life. I have always been a Toyota and Volkswagen fan. This experience has been horrific to say the least. What was supposed to be a joyous moment has been such a awful experience.
I wonder if this is how Ford treats their customers in general? Surely I regret doing business with Ford and would never make the same mistake. I have never felt so disrespected and disregarded in my life. This after paying almost R500K for a vehicle.
