Ford is failing us

Towed my ford raptor to the ford in makhado and they refused to give us a courtesy car coz of race. When we brought up the issue now they say they wont fix the car and it must go to another dealer and i must pay for another towing. This is my second one and all the time they get to ***kms the gearbox has an issue
