Ford is failing not improving.

Totally frustrated no responsibility for a fault and lack of oversight. How does a Ford Ranger chassis break, without the vehicle being in an accident. I am told it is a factory fault. Yet when we approached the Ford dealer, where we bought the 'Ford Approved' vehicle, or got the vehicle regularly serviced. They did not take any responsibility for their lack of oversight. All they could do was refer the issue to their lawyer. I am a farmer and have had no vehicle since June this year. Can I rate Ford. No not on their appointment of service providers nor on the value of their accountability.
