Ford is bad news

I drive an Ecosport 2016 model. About two and half weeks ago, I went to the Ford dealer in Bellville to enquire why I have a shutter when i brake. They pointed out its due to the deep grooves in my front disks and advised me that its due to the wrong brake pads fitted for that model and that they will book it for disk and brake pad replacement according to their documentation for free (Like a recall) Was great news, had to wait more than two weeks for the booking but was fine with it. On the 25th of Feb 2019, day of the booking, all was still ok up to lunchtime that day. They then contacted me to inform that Ford will not be covering the replacement and will cost me in excess of 6K. This is not acceptable and extremely frustrating because I did not book it, the dealership booked it to be replaced at no cost to me. Phoned the DP, still waiting for feedback though and most probably will not get feedback at all. Got the car back as is. This makes me want to sell it and not drive Ford ever again. BAD SERVICE!!!!
