Ford incompetence

My vehicle Eco Spot has an alarm that goes off the whole night, I now have to lock it with a key. I sent it to Ford fury they said they had sorted it. Same night after collecting it, the alarm went off again. I stay in Nelspruit so it to Ford Nelspruit. They did not even check it, they said I will have to leave it with them because also other people have left theirs as Ford is aware that lately Eco Spots have the alarm problem. What infuriates me is that they did not even bother checking it, I was just told to leave the car like every one else has done... I asked for a curtesy car but I was told there are no cars and that there's a waiting list for curtesy cars. NOW AM SITTING WITH A CAR THAT HAS AN ALARM PROBLEM AND I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH IT. PLEASE HELP
