FORD - IN THERE OWN SWEET TIME

Our Ford EcoSport broke down on the 2nd of January 2018. It was towed to Halfway Ford Kuilsriver. We were informed that they would investigate the cause of the breakdown and inform us accordingly. After 2 weeks we were told that the engine had to be replaced and that it would take some time. ETA's were provided and not met. No courtesy vehicle was offered, we had to complain bitterly until eventually, they provided one. The Vehicle was eventually returned to us on the 6th of February but we immediately noticed a noise from the aircon. How the vehicle could be returned in this state is beyond me. Vehicle was returned and we were informed that the aircon needed to be replaced, then it was not the aircon but a pipe that was required. Then it was again the Aircon that was to be replaced. We have been without the vehicle for 2 months as this saga continues with no end in site. It is incomprehensible that a repair takes over 2 months.
