Ford (Human Auto) Welkom

Human Auto in Welkom, Freestate. I visited the branch on the 4th of January bacause I had to have my 3.2 Ranger reset as it was serviced. The salesman said that the bakkies have to be resetted after each service and as I dont service my bakkie at Ford dealership I have to let them do it to finalise the service. I went into the service department where I found a lady to speak to. She was very unhelpful and didnt seem to enjoy here job as much because as a customer I was treated really bad. She was very kurt and told me that there is no space for me they are really busy and they are going home at 12:00. I was there just after 9 and a reset only takes a few minutes. I asked then to speak to the service department manager and she rep****: he is out at the moment. So I decided to wait for him. About 20 min later he came in amd in a very disrespectful manner she told him : just go help that guy. He came to me, told him my story and he also said that he cant help me id have to wait for about 2 weeks. But THEN he said that they dont reset the bakkies anyway after a service, its time waste! That shocked me, as they HAVE to be resetted after each service to reset the learning values. So either they arnt doing their job correctly or he just wanted me to leave. So I just left. I feel that the Ford brand is not doing so well anymore with aftersales service and I really do feel Ford (human auto) Welkom owes me atleast an apology for treating a customer and human being like ****.
