Ford Hatfield useless

Ford Hatfield is useless. Car was booked in on Monday because of problems with vehicle that's still under warranty. They don not call you with updates, when you call them they mmmm and aaaaa. The one say this the next one you talk to say something els. I cant believe that they still have clients and do business. Apparently the factory must still make the parts they want and that's now a problem with fuel injection on Ford vehicles. As all the comments on Facebook regarding service from Ford Hatfiel it was scary reading all the unhappy comments. This makes the Ford Name so bad with people better buying something els cos of bad, useless service from Ford Hatfield.
