Ford Hartfield horrible service

Am so disgusted on the service of ford hartfield I bought a ford figo in November 2019 I drove it until 15 March 2020 whereby I got a breakdown n it was taken to ford hartfield and they found that it’s a gearbox failure of which it was a factory fault and Christopher didn’t want to give me a car to drive whilst I was waiting for my car to be attended n it was lock down everything was closed and I was a essential worker...I fought until I got a car to drive to work ...after the gearbox was fitted it started using too much petrol and it also has unusual sound on the engine and I took it back but the matter was not attended I went back again and Christopher told me that it’s just a stupid thing inside the engine and it’s misfiring I must bring it back so that he can check the stupid mistake and I did as such but they told me that the is nothing wrong but he told me that it was misfiring...I feel like am not treated right or maybe bcuz am a women that’s why am being treated like this and I feel like am paying for a second car because it’s giving me problems now and then and it’s hardly a year since I bought this car am disgusted and hurt A lot I trusted ford but I was wrong. I went to ford looking to buy a new car knowing it won’t give me problems.
