Ford Greenstone

3 months ago I bought a VW Golf VII from Ford Greestone. The sales advisor that assisted me was Bheki Mzekandaba. Upon purchasing the car, there was nothing wrong with it up until I went to collect from the Dealer few days later. I noted that the vehicle's Spray Pump for the right head light had broken off. I was told by Bheki (sales assistant) that the part had been ordered already and they'll give me a call once they receive it from VW. 3 months later after numerous follow ups, I'm still waiting for the for feedback from Ford Greenstone, all I've been receiving was fruitless promises from the sales consultant. The manager has also failed to resolved my issue.
