Ford Gearbox - repair incapability

I own a 2013 Ford Fiesta 1 liter Eco-Boost with only 141000 km on the clock. My vehicle went in for gearbox repair at Ford BB Auto Polokwane in November 2017. After more than two weeks waiting period I got my car back with no record of what was done. I have requested this several times with no response. It has only been 4 months (5830 km) later and my gear box started giving the same issue again. I took my vehicle back to Ford BB Auto Polokwane and had to wait another 2 weeks to before I got it back. During this 2 weeks I had to continuously follow up with them as they did not contact me at all with any feedback. When I requested the job card of what they fixed they said they will send it. To date I still haven't received anything. It's been 3 days since I got my vehicle back and I am experiencing problems again. My gearbox is in such a state that I can't even get it in gear or drive my car. Monday (9 April 2018) will be the third visit to Ford BB Auto Polokwane hoping that they will solve the problem. And not to my surprise my gearbox broke again after 4 month and I had to take it back to Ford in July, not wanting to take it back to the same useless Ford BB auto Polokwane I took it to Ford White river. Once again I waited for Ford to fix my car. I then call Ford SA for assistance because how is i possible for a gearbox to break 4 times in one year, only for them to respond with, it is not their problem because it is different components in the gearbox that was fixed in the last year. So my question to leave here is. How can very component in the gearbox break every time 3 months apart and FORD SA technical teams says it was nothing to to with each other, and it is my problem now.

I will never buy a Ford again.
