Ford fury William Nicole

Seven months ago when my car was making a noise I took my car to William Nicole ford fury they said it was just dust,I drove to Mpumalanga assuming everything was fine.

After spending two days in Mpumalanga I drove back to Johannesburg and the noise was worse.I was then told by William Nicole ford fury that my car had no brakes meaning I drove to Mpumalanga and put my life and my husbands life at risk.

I got the brakes replaced but had a confrontation with the service manager Bernie who spoke to me rudely.I reported him to his manager who just made him apologize.

Seven months later my car is making a noise again and I am now told that my brakes are finished again.i previously complained and their customer service said they would call and never did,now I am quiet sure that my brakes were replaced with old parts or their quality is low.I cannot wait to sell this car that I have only had for one year and already had to replace the brakes twice now and the battery.
